OVERVIEW
This Privacy Policy describes how Pro Camera Triple Lens (“the App”) handles information when you use the App on an Apple iPhone or iPad.
App Name Change: Pro Camera Triple Lens was previously named Pro Camera Motion Detector. This is a change to the App’s name and branding. The name change itself does not alter the privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The App does not require you to create an account, does not operate a backend server that stores your personal data, and does not sell your personal data to third parties. Core camera and processing features operate on your device.
Certain third-party services may process limited information as described below, including Google AdMob for rewarded advertising and Apple’s App Store services for optional subscription purchases.
1. DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
Camera
The App uses your camera to display a live preview, capture photos and videos at your request, scan QR codes and barcodes, and perform supported on-device computer vision features.
Camera frames used for real-time processing are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Photos and videos are stored only when you choose to capture or save them.
Body Motion Detection
The App uses Apple’s Vision framework, including VNDetectHumanBodyPoseRequest, to detect the presence and movement of a human body within the camera frame.
This functionality is used for motion-related features and on-screen visual indicators.
Body pose processing occurs on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores body pose information.
Face Data
The App does not collect, store, or transmit facial recognition data, face geometry, face templates, face scans, or other face-related biometric information.
The App does not perform facial recognition or create biometric profiles of users.
Microphone
Microphone access is used when you choose to use a feature that requires audio, including recording audio alongside video or using the optional Remote Microphone feature.
Audio is used for the recording or feature you initiate. The App does not operate a server to store your microphone recordings.
Remote Microphone
The App includes an optional Remote Microphone feature that allows one compatible iPhone or iPad running the App to provide microphone audio to another nearby compatible device running the App.
Communication may use Apple-supported local connectivity technologies such as Multipeer Connectivity, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or related peer-to-peer technologies.
Remote microphone audio is used for the recording session initiated by the user and is not uploaded to our servers.
Photo Library
The App may request Photo Library access so that you can save captured photos and videos and access supported gallery functionality.
The App may display thumbnails or previews of media available to it through permissions granted by you.
We do not operate a server that receives or stores your Photo Library content.
Location and Compass Features
The App may request When In Use location permission where required by iOS to provide compass heading or directional functionality.
The App does not operate a server that records your location history or geographic coordinates.
Device Motion
The App may use motion sensors such as the accelerometer and gyroscope for supported functionality, including camera orientation, motion-related features, and stabilization.
This information is processed on the device for the relevant functionality and is not transmitted to our servers.
Room Scan and AR Features
The App may use Apple-provided augmented reality, camera, motion, and supported spatial-sensing technologies for features such as Room Scan and other AR experiences.
Information required to understand surfaces, dimensions, orientation, or the surrounding environment is processed for the feature you initiate.
We do not operate a server that receives or stores room scans, spatial maps, or AR environment data generated through these features.
Any output that you explicitly choose to save remains subject to the storage location and permissions selected by you.
Subscriptions
The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Pro Camera Premium.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not collect or store your payment card or banking information.
The App may use information supplied through Apple’s purchase infrastructure to determine whether premium functionality should be available on your device.
2. ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB
The App displays rewarded advertisements provided through Google AdMob (Google LLC). Watching rewarded advertisements may provide access to certain features or functionality within the App.
The App does not intentionally use camera content, photographs, videos, microphone recordings, body pose information, room scans, or sensor information for advertising purposes.
Depending on the App's advertising configuration, consent settings, applicable laws, device settings, and Google's services, Google may process technical information associated with serving, measuring, securing, and preventing fraud in advertisements.
This may include information such as:
Device information
IP address
Operating system information
App information
Advertising interactions
Diagnostic or fraud-prevention information
Identifiers permitted by the operating system and applicable consent choices
Google processes information according to its own privacy policies.
The App does not intentionally provide your captured photos, videos, microphone recordings, body pose information, room scan data, or camera frames to Google AdMob for advertising.
Where applicable, Apple privacy-preserving attribution technologies such as SKAdNetwork may be used for advertising attribution.
Advertising and privacy options available to you may also depend on your iOS settings and applicable regional requirements.
3. DATA SHARING
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Third-party processing associated with the App may include:
Google AdMob — advertising and related advertising services.
Apple App Store services — subscriptions, purchases, transaction processing, and related App Store functionality.
We do not intentionally share photos, videos, microphone recordings, camera frames, body pose information, room scan data, or device motion data with advertisers.
We may disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights.
4. DATA RETENTION
The App does not maintain our own backend database for storing your personal camera, microphone, photo, video, room scan, or motion information.
Camera frames and real-time vision data: Processed as required for the relevant feature and not retained on our servers.
Face biometric data: Not collected or retained by us.
Device motion and compass information: Used for supported functionality and not retained on our servers.
Photos and videos: Stored when you choose to save them using storage available on your device.
Remote microphone audio: Used for the recording functionality initiated by you and is not stored on our servers.
Room Scan/AR information: Processed for the AR or scanning functionality you initiate and is not stored on our servers unless a future feature explicitly tells you otherwise and this Privacy Policy is updated accordingly.
App preferences: Certain preferences and settings may be stored locally on your device using iOS storage mechanisms.
Advertising information: Information processed by Google is subject to Google's own data-retention practices.
5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The App is not specifically directed to children under 13 or below the minimum age applicable under relevant local law.
We do not knowingly operate a service designed to collect personal information from children.
If you believe that information involving a child has been improperly collected through the App, please contact us.
6. SECURITY
The App is designed to perform sensitive camera and media processing locally where practical and does not operate our own backend server for storing users' camera recordings, photographs, room scans, or microphone recordings.
Information stored on your device is also subject to the security protections provided by Apple and your device settings, which may include a device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and device encryption.
No method of electronic processing or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can manage permissions granted to the App through your iPhone or iPad settings, including permissions for features such as:
Camera, Microphone, Photos, Location, Motion and Fitness, Bluetooth, and Local Network access, where applicable.
You may disable permissions at any time, although doing so may prevent features that depend on those permissions from functioning correctly.
You may delete locally stored App information by removing the App from your device, subject to information independently retained by Apple, Google, or other operating-system services.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its features, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change.
When material changes are made, we may update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
We encourage users to periodically review this Privacy Policy for changes.
